This paper provides updates on the progress of IWC work on ship strikes and invites comments from the Scientific Committee. Following this, the Ship Strikes Standing Working Group and convenor of HIM will refine both the Ship Strikes Strategic Plan and Workplan, and submit to the Commission for endorsement at IWC68.
