The Western Gray Whale Advisory Panel (WGWAP) , which is convened by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), has continued to provide advice to Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC) and other stakeholders concerning the gray whale population that feeds each summer and autumn off Sakhalin Island and southern Kamchatka, Russia. Reports of all Panel and task force meetings are available on the WGWAP website.
