This paper outlines proposals of the Strandings Expert Panel (SEP) of the IWC Strandings Initiative following the review of the Strandings Initiative presented at SC68B including (i) the strategic aims and objectives of the initiative (ii) a 4-year workplan and its implementation. The Committee is asked to review these proposals and provide any comments or suggested amendments.
