Abstract
The proposal for a new SC Communications Initiative was presented to the Commission at IWC68. The Commission ‘welcomed the work and looked forward to a presentation at IWC69.’ The SC therefore has a clear mandate to move forward with this initiative and the activities set out in this paper.
