This document provides an update on progress with the development of the Whale Watching Handbook and an overview of the content that has been drafted. The Scientific Committee is invited to provide comments on progress to date and, as appropriate, on the content generated and to make recommendations on the role of the SC in the future maintenance of the Handbook.
