Abstract
Concerns regarding the conservation of Lahille’s bottlenose dolphins have been discussed in previous SC meetings, and the Commission has set a series of recommendations. In 2020, SC/68B/SM/11 updated the current conservation status of the Lahille’s bottlenose dolphin and summarised progress on previous Committee recommendations, while SC/68B/SM/10 requests establishing an IWC Lahille’s bottlenose dolphin Task Team.
